Our second app, Mitasu for Home, has passed Shopify's review and is live on the Shopify App Store. Mitasu for Apparel went out in August. This one is for stores that sell furniture and home decor.
Furniture shoppers ask a question clothes shoppers don't: will it fit? Not the person, the room. And before the room, the front door, the hallway and the turn at the top of the stairs. Nobody wants to find that out on delivery day, and a return on something that size is expensive for everyone involved.
What it does
Dimension sheets for each furniture type, from sofas to tables and beds, with the numbers placed on a labelled dimension figure and a centimetre/inch switch for the shopper. A doorway-fit check that compares the packaged size with the narrowest point the shopper has measured. Materials and finish part by part, with firmness, weight capacity and care. And assembly and delivery details: how long it takes, which tools, how many people, how many boxes and when it arrives.
The ground rules are the ones Apparel runs on. No theme file edits, no script loaded across the whole storefront, and everything you enter lives in your own store, so uninstalling never takes it with it. You can export all of it to CSV.

Dimension sheets, the doorway-fit check, materials and finish, assembly and delivery details, Q&A and CSV export are all on the free plan. Pro, at $12.99 a month or $129.99 a year, adds room scenes and sets, owner feedback, bulk assignment with CSV import, and analytics.
Founding stores, round two
Home has only just launched, so there's no track record to show you yet. We're inviting ten furniture and home-decor stores to join as founding stores: six months of Pro free and priority support, in exchange for telling us what the app is missing. The Apparel round is still open as well, and the page lets you pick which one you're applying for.
